Lions

Lions are in strong demand and it is essential to book a lion hunt at least two years in advance in order to be able to insure that the quota is available. Lion hunts are easily combined with a safari for elephant, buffalo, and hippo because those are generally available in the same areas. Our lions are big, buffalo hunting specialists from thorn-bush country and are resident to the areas in which they are hunted. Lions are hunted by tracking and/or baiting them to a blind. As with leopard, lion hunting can be a serious chess game, but they are also occasionally bumped into during the day-to-day hunting life on safari. They are a thrill to hunt at all times.
